Like bees, people “pollinate” through the sharing of ideas, experiences and resources but most importantly, through collaboration. Gwen is a master at facilitating deep-dive conversations in group settings to help each person leverage ideas, foster new connections and uncover the knowledge and answers that reside within.

This “hive” approach is an adaptation of the sessions Gwen conducted for 36 years with her wealth management clients and as a speaker/facilitator in various communities around the country. Through guided self-examination, each individual gains a better understanding of who they are as a person and can align their self-identity with their purpose. 

The Hive Mind
In a group session, individuals are assembled in what Gwen refers to as “hives”. With help from attendees, she provides the themes to be discussed but members of the hive develop the ideas and work together to discover actionable steps. Finally, each person is invited to identify a partner within the hive to hold them accountable.

     “I’m not the hero. The community becomes the hero.” 

A Safe Space to be Heard
Participants are encouraged to share their stories and experiences. What goes on in the hive stays in the hive. Everyone must agree to protect each other’s heart-felt expressions.

     “During a session, we’re in Vegas, and must be comfortable with sharing. I’m allowed to listen thoughtfully so that, together, we can develop action steps that produce good outcomes.”
 
Honey for Everyone
Each individual within the hive is asked to think about what they hope to achieve from the session and how others could benefit from the collaboration.

     “How do we process that nectar so that everyone gets a little bit of honey?” 

Gwen’s methods have consistently empowered her clients to reach their desired outcomes – new resources, new opportunities, and a plan of requisite actions they can take to achieve their most important goals and move confidently through life.
